Thanks! I would think that while there are many things we can do to shed pounds, losing weight too quickly, like any sudden change to our body, can be dangerous. While fad diets, diet pills, and fasting may indeed induce rapid weight loss, these methods can cause us to lose muscle and may also injure our heart and other organs fairly quickly. The best solution? Don’t go for an overnight miracle.
Diet meaning more what you eat and not quit eating and exercise is the best and safest way to lose weight. I agree with Patrick about not going for the overnight miracle. Take the time to do it right and maintain it is the best and safest way.

These are some good comments, diet is indeed a big deal these days. I have found myself looking at the ingredients of things before I buy them. Do you know that High Fructose sugar is one of the worst things you could put in your body? I was blown away when I found out. The sad part is; it’s everywhere, it’s in so many of the normal things we eat. So indeed diet is a big deal and I agree with folk posted here! Great site!
