<p>I was initially skeptical of Burn the Fat feed the Muscle just like I&#8217;m sure you are since lets face it &#8211; we&#8217;ve seen hundreds of these books advertised &#8211; but do they all work? I&#8217;d doubt that. However, I have to conclude that this book has surprised me and I am happy to have found it.</p>
<p>The thing I tend to see with some exercise books is that they tend to cover just one or a few subjects whether it is right or wrong, and I&#8217;ve seen far to many of these books.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d like to think that Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle would still work in 15 years time, since the information is so relevant.</p>
