  1. Personally I think quick weight loss diets are bad news. OK, so maybe once is alright. But lots of people just do it over and over and over again. And then they wonder why the weight all comes back again as soon as they come off the diet (because most of the weight they lost was water).

    In fact, when a person yo-yo diets like this – they often put more weight back on when they come off each fast diet than they had in the first place. And the weight becomes harder and harder to lose.
