		<description>My favorite plant protein is hemp.  Like soy, it is considered a complete protein because it contains all 20 amino acids that the body needs.  Unlike processed soy though, it doesn&#039;t have any harmful side-effects.  Hemp also contains lots of fiber and plenty of Omega 3.  Hemp seeds are very mild tasting and can easily go on a salad, in a smoothie, or can be eaten like a cereal with a little almond or rice milk.
